What Is A TBC Virtual Bootcamp?

Training Plans

We have everything to fit your needs.  If you just want to test the water we have the 1x/week program.  For those that want to only commit to twice a week for scheduling reasons we have that too. We ask [not require] everyone to have a Stability ball, Resistance Band, and set of Dumbbells.  In your welcome email you will have links to purchase them from Amazon, or you can go to your local retailer to pick them up.

About Us

How Does It Work?

It’s easy to follow any of our live bootcamps. All you need is an internet connection, a few pieces of equipment and free software or app to connect to a class.

We use Zoom meeting software to stream all our bootcamps.

It’s safe, secure, private and easy!

Zoom is available on all desktop and mobile platforms for IOS, Android and Windows.

When Are The Classes?

Classes are 4 days a week and cover morning, lunchtime, and evening. All of our sessions are 45 minutes long and are based in the Eastern Time Zone.

We have 2 male and 3 female instructors that will take you through the workouts and whip your body into shape in no time!

If you can’t make your regular time, just hop in another class that fits your schedule for that week. No one gets left behind!

I didn’t want to be seen and I didn’t like working out so I never made it a priority. These are some of the common questions we get asked. If you don’t see you question just email us.

What equipment do I need?
No equipment is required, but our instructors will be using a stability ball, a set of dumbbells, and a resistance band. We do this to ensure you get variety in your workouts and don’t get bored doing bodyweight exercises all the time. We have links to order them online if you don’t have them, or you can go to your local Walmart, Target, or Sporting store to get them as well.
Is it private?
YEs, only attendees with a class link can login and join.
Do I have to turn on my camera?
No. You can leave it off and still watch the instructors but we advise to have it on so our instructors can correct your positions if needed. You will also feel more motivated and benefit from the community feel.
Do I get the same results as I would in a gym?
Yes you absolutely do!! On average people lose anywhere from 10-50 pounds doing virtual workouts. The reason is we have a Private Community that you join to have access to monthly Q&A calls with Nutritionists & Trainers, with Psychologists to cover the mental hurdles to fitness, and Natural Medicine doctors to help get off medications and answer supplement questions. We have every aspect to health & fitness covered!
What food plans come with it?
We thought long and hard about this, and we came up with two options for people. So not only can you get your food questions with our Nutritionist inside our FB Group, but you can get a plan made specifically for you from them. We also partnered up with Nutritionsolutions.com so you have access to a company that mails you your meals to take the guesswork of what to cook and what to eat!
Is Zoom free?
Yes. If you don’t already have Zoom installed you will be prompted to download it to access the class.
Do you provide technical help?
Yes. We have created some short videos showing how easy it is to connect to a class.
